Avatar ?s (again)

Who can I send my picture to and have it sized down enough to be used as an avatar? I don't have any programs that will alow me to make it small enough.

have you tried downloading IrfanView? it's feeware and is really really useful. it allows you to do lossless compressing and allows you to select the level of quality when saving the image. this is quite useful because i've had times where the resized image was still too large of a filesize and needed to be of a lower quality. It's really easy to do/control with irfanview. if you do download it, also get all of the plugins.

Haha! Thats what I used to resize it. Took less than a minute. Been using it for years.
