Aussie locker woes

Installed Aussie locker over the weekend have a more loud clunk between drive and revers. Jeeps all do this but now that its locked its pretty loud should i be concerned. its getting ready for a 1200 mile trip. Any help would be great cuz the girlfriend is going and i sure dont wanna break down and hear the lecture on how i should have left my Jeep stock :scared:

When you installed the Aussie, how did the side gear thrust washers look? Its a good rule of thumb to replace the thrust washers when instlling a lunchbox locker such as an Aussie, Lock Right, or Detroit E Z locker. ad that problem when I installed my Lock Right. Replaced the washers and no more loud clunk.
