August Runs...Coordinated?

So I saw several threads regarding Sierra Fest, Swamp Lake and Ocean-Jet's Rubicon trip. Looks like 3 trips planned back-to-back. Is anyone going to more than one of these and are the dates finalized? If so, does anyone know what those are. Sierra Fest is 4-5-6th I think.
I really want to run the Rubi and was wondering if any SoCal folks are going.

I'm planning on swamp lake. Hopefully get a caravan going. I can bring spare parts like a trackbar.
