Im just trying to help out my sister and my bro-in-law. Theyre moving from SD to Temecula and are trying to sell there town home.

Its a beautiful, 2 bedoom, 2.5 bath town home in North County San Diego for sale. Lots of upgrades, tiled floors, large patio area (great for dogs), one car garage. Located in a gated community, with community playground and pool. Within walking distance to Cal State San Marcos. We love this home and hate to leave but it is time. So please help us spread the word.

This place is REALLY nice i believe the asking price is around 400K (which is good for that part of SD) the area is also really cool, brand new homes and shops all around, about 10-15 minutes to the beach, and the people are laid back.
