Anyone know a spot to get FK JMX heims for cheaper?

agreed. I love ruffstuff and the other ruffstuff heims are lasting. its only the track bar. I basically put it where it would fit clearing the drag link and upper, and made it parallel to the drag link, but nothing much else. I am not a skilled fabricator so this whole situation could be some poorly set up axle side and frame side mounts. I moved the frame side forward to better align with the axle side since the axle was pushed forward a bit among moving the track bar mount forward a bit.

I'm a big fan of ruffstuff heims, but I'll admit we went FK on our trackbar. Which is a very good thing, because its a permanent installation. i'll have to cut the knuckle off to replace it..

Those of you who have FK heims, what misalignment spacers are you using? Can I swap my spacers from the Ruff Stuff Heims over to the FK?

Looking at replacing my 1.25" Ruff Stuff ends and it appears both RS and FK 1.25" heims have a 1" bore so I'm thinking it would work. Am I wrong?

I do not have FK heims, but I would say that they should be built to some standard, so your current hardware should be plug n pray.

FK makes a 7/8x7/8 so if you run the ruffstuff 7/8 x7/8s you are fine. As for the 1.25, I also believe ruffstuff also has a 1" bore so you should be fine.

yep Ruff stuff 1.25's have a 1 inch bore. When I swapped mine to FK I was able to re use the same misalignment spacers.

Perfect! That way I can buy the FK heims at Summit here in town (thanks for the tip Jes) and not worry about the spacers.

PS. Jeepme, did you get the PTFE lined ones?

from my research those are the way to go, and what I was planning on using when these Ruffstuff die off.

Thanks. I will be replacing them then over the next month or so and I will try the FK rod ends. For the record, the Ruff Stuff rod ends have been pretty good for me. I have fourteen 1.25" rod ends for the links. All 6 on the 3-link need replacing. 8 on the back are still good. This is after 2 seasons of wheeling for me. Not bad I think. Plus I have 7/8" rod ends for the track bar, still good. And 3/4" rod ends for the steering, still good.
