Anyone in Greeley?

I am looking for someone near Greeley that has air tools. I need to try and get these bolts on my hitch off so that I can put my gas tank skid on. It seems as though the previous owner was rear-ended and the frame rail is a little pinched directly behind the hitch mounts. Well, I think this is the reason these bolts are frickin ridiculous to try and get loose. I had a breaker bar on one of my drivers and it just wasn't doing it, plus I don't have an 18 mm wrench. If anyone wants to give me a quick hand either tomorrow or Friday evening let me know. Thanks all.

Just a fyi. If a breaker bar won't break the bolts loose. They'll just laugh at a impact gun. Unless they have a torch too.

Hmmm? Well, I am gonna have to try and give these things another go then. I though an impact may do something but I must be getting a lot of torque on these things. Oh well, I will keep trying.

Thanks Jon. I am going to get a different bar on my driver since I think I can still get more torque. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow evening so I may take you up on the help.

I'm in Loveland. I'm working on my rig every evening this week if you want to stop by. I have every tool known to man :repair: and I know what most of them are and how to use a few of them :rof:

I don't have air tools, but like what was said about the breaker bar deal. If you can't get it loose with that then air tools are just going to make a bunch of noise. Have you been hitting the bolts with some PB blaster. Hit them a few times over the next few days that might help them out a bit. I'm in Greeley and we can take a look at them if you would like. I have an 18 wrench and socket I think. If that part goes well I have a buddy a block away with air tools we could run over there and do it. Thats where I did my gas skid because he had the air tools. I'm in Evans south of 37th st and 23rd ave. shoot me a pm or reply here and we can see what we can do for you.
