Me and another XJ are heading up Friday and Leaving Sunday, going in to Loon and stopping at Spider for the weekend. it would be cool to get some other guys up there. i know Mike will be there in his Bronco 2, anyone else?

Can't wait man. I'll be wheeling with a bunch of guys from galt that i met last year on the con. Should be around 7 rigs in total. I'm looking at the same itinerary as you although were going past spider. We'll most likely camp at spider friday night and buck island the next. Maybe go up to cadillac and then wheel back to loon on sunday.

Yeah, good luck. Although we wheeled with a guy last year who made it all the way through with his open 35 pushen 32" muds. He had a wrangler with the 4cyl. He was a brilliant driver though. Didn't need a spotter once, he said the key to helping the 35's survive was keeping the diff open.

Hey sean I will come meet u at spider, if my wife will let me, i just got bak from deer valley... so I will say mabey. Since I made it through deer valley I am supremly confident ill make it to spide in my open open.

Frantically trying to get the b2 ready. Put new front and rear axles in it last week. Still working on a few things.

Also added a new shock tower last night from a f250. 30 bucks for the pair from the dealer. check em out their pretty sweet.

Went with a toyota axle in the rear w/ welded spiders. Man these things are easy to deal with. The axle went from a bare houseing to completely assempled in 25-20 minutes. They have 31 spline stock axles.

Only have to bleed the brakes, bolt up front dshaft, retourqe everything, and get a custom exhaust down tube fabbed as my damn dshaft is hitting it before full compression. So much to do so little time.
I'll be there no matter what though
