He is making the mud by PISSING people off by not communicating with his "customers", all of us know $hit happens.
We'd all rather hear a "story" than nothing at all or avoidance, making you feel like you've been royally screwed.
People give their hard earned money in a prompt manner and expect the same in return for goods advertised.
