Stayed at my sisters this past weekend. This XJ was parked a couple of driveways over. I kept looking for someone to step outside so I could go chat but, never seen anyone over there. I was fresh out of my NAXJA cards to put under the wiper too. Julie said that the guy is always over there tinkering with it. Is this anyone we know? I don't think I've seen it before. They're definetly Jeep folk! They've got two in the driveway!

I remember that sightings thread a while back there was a couple guys from new lenox but im not sure what there jeeps looked like

cant help ya out on a name though, i only got a 6 second memory

thats my budy i am also in new lenox he doesnt really wheel it anymore tho hes got to much into quads lame i am less then five from him. there a big jeep family.
 
That's me. And she's right, I'm always out there tinkering on it. I've been front driveshaft-less for a couple months chasing down t-case problems, cooling problems and going longarms, ect. I hope to be wheeling it again soon. I just bought 3 u-joints and a centering ball for the front shaft.

Just put a budget boost and 31's on the other XJ this last week. Feel free to stop by next time your in town.

Cool. I went outside and looked several times to see if anyone was outside but, never caught anyone. Glad I figured out who it was. Julie said she didn't really know anyone over your way. She's in 919 by the way.

You should have came to Brewfest! You missed a good time and it was only 30min from your house!

I may be back up there Sunday, Sept. 5th for the day; Not sure yet. (The day after the Pig Gig.) If I do, I'll come knockn'!
 
I would go to the cliffs but i have been working a 14 hour days this week and I am not sure if we are working on sunday or not yet. There are still some things that have to be done on the comanche before its really streetable and there is alot before i will call it done.
 
This gave me the motivation to fix a few things. Might turn this into a rebuild thread just for you 99sj :D
 
I needed cash for the full widths haha


Gotta do what ya gotta do. Just choose your lines better :D
