I have had 35 MTRs with my RE4.5 for a while now and drive it 30mins back and forth to school... my only rig

I love the setup... the tires arnt loud and the ride is smooth enough for how offroad it is

Just remember when you go up in size of rubber, you are putting more stress on axle componets. I am running 34's with 4.56 in a HP D30. Wasted a u-joint not even hitting the trails. Unless I cough of the bucks for a new axle, I am thinking about going down in size.

Exactly I just upgraded to a Rubi 44 with Alloy USA shafts and a Sunray Engineering 9" in the rear.

BS

if your having that many problems it has to do with you and driving/maintance habits

Iv been runing varius 35 inch tires for over a year now on a 30, locked, and havnt broken a u-joint yet

Now that I read that better, I had 36" tsl/sx for around 4 mos and never had a problem with stock axles. I did have a chromolly front shafts, but still no problem.

Time to stop wheeling at the mall....

Hope you got the Rubi "kinda 44" for free...

It's not a true 44...

more a marketing ploy.
