It's a '91.

Never heard of a bat temp sensor.

Temp sensor is 97 and up. So that's not it. What color is the wire? Can you test to see if it's 12v or ground?

I can test it.

Wire is brown with a black stripe.

I take that back. Wire is white with a brown stripe.

Just a wild guess but see if your front right blinker works.

Yes, Horn. Same connector down on driver side by fan relay area for horn #2. HI and Low note I'd imagine.
