Any way to fix this capacitor?

Or is the burnt out LED even necessary? The circuit board is burnt, but I could probably put something together with Radio Shack parts if it's necesary to make this cap work. Otherwise, this will help when I build my single rear-pocket sub enclosure.

that is just the charge/discharge unit, you only really need to use it the first time the cap is charged then take it off and put it away. its there to make sure the capacitor gets a full charge before the first time you install it, and to make sure its completely discharged (for saftey) before you put it away if you arent using it.

just chuck the circuit board and hook it up man, it should be fine.
 
Very cool, thanks! Now I've just got to find that old RF amp I pulled outta my '89 when it was totalled, then get the right sub to fit in the cubby hole. My Jeep looks like someone is in the process of stripping the interior right now, as I'm putting in a bunch of wiring & crap.
