I swapped out my 100 for the 305 for Pandora. Otherwise the units are identical (the 100 actually looks better). I have new, unopened, in the box all of the factory adapter/install stuff for an XJ. Wiring harness, beauty plate, etc. It's an awesome head unit designed specifically for iPhone users. I love it so much I bought it twice! Everything you'll need to install it is included;

Comes with a gently used IDA-X100, the 350BT bluetooth adapter and all necessary (and new) bits and pieces.
