Called up Alloy USA today as I was in need of a few new wheels studs for my alloys I got a while back. Told him I needed a set and needed them yesterday. He asked what happened and I told him that my disc brake kit imploded and took some studs with it. He sent me 5 studs, and I just paid for the overnight shipping. Got them into an express letter envelope to save on cost. It was 4:30 and his UPS guy was gone. He had his parts guy peel off early and run them over to the shipping place to make sure they got out today. They'll be here in the AM.
I have been very pleased with the gears in my front end, and the alloys out back. And now am very appreciative and impressed with the top notch customer service that I received. They went out of the way to make sure I got the parts I need when it was another manufacturer's fault, who has subsequently left me to fend for myself. I would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to do business with them for a long time.
