It's probably old as hell, but I just saw it.
So, I'm kind a leaning away from building the AR47 and towards the 6.8SPC. It's a flatter shooter with a greater ability for distance.
I would be missing out on the plinking factor, though that's technically what I built my first AR for. If surplus ammo comes back around in .223, it would be a lot easier to decide on 6.8.

I have a SPC bolt gun, really like it, I shoot the SMK 135's and they shoot good and decent trajectory, low recoil. Just plain fun. One of my top ten favorite guns.

Looks like i'll either be buying an LCP and carrying it while the XDs gets fixed or chancing it. It sounds as if this is an extremely rare thing to happen.
