Just put up two write ups and fitting airbags to support the rear suspension. One is just a standard install and the other is just the way I installed it on my own to suit my 4.5" lift. You need to read both as the information is not duplicated between them if wanting to use any of the tips I have in the second write up. You will find both write ups in the how to section under suspension modifications.

Modified for high lifts.

There is more to my modified write up including re-enforced frame mounting and even the way the bottom mount attaches.

Once again mang, you have outdone yourself! Great write up as usual.

Nice! I am looking at getting a pair of those for my XJ to help when towing my boat and supplies, but not be so punishing when I am just tooling down the road.

About how long did they take to install?

Top shot is just a standard install that I did for a customer and the second one is mine I did a few weeks after showing how I turned the top bracket upside down to match my down travel distance. You will also notice that mine has a long range tank installed if looking closely.
As for time taken, not that sure any more as was last year when I did them both but think it was around 4 hours for the standard install.
