Mess in the woods the other day and got stuck to many times. Just about got out of there and power steering hose came loose and sprayed the engine with fluid that caught fire. Lucky I was prepared with a fire extinguisher. Nothing got damaged. Went to friend house to let it cool off. Go to leave and I had no reverse. Works fine forward but not backwards.

So now looking at buying another V8 Zj for parts do another swap since the new one I'm looking at has less miles. So I will have spare set of mounts that I can sell along with some other things again.

Check the trans pan for dents.

Have already check it for dents and did a filter change also still don't have reverse.

I really should look for a 5.9 to put into it out of dodge truck or something. I do have an old carb 360 that alittle built but that for another project.

I have a woody grand from early 94 sitting that we robbed a bunch of axle parts off of. I am getting ready to pull the engine and trans to see if i can sell it.

Had a talk with another Xj owner today and decide that If I want keep running a V8 that I should just go with a zj to build. Kinda always wanted a zj but found my xj for cheap. Now I can get running zj with title for cheap.

Look at the Zj today. It really a 94 so the tranny would work but it not that bad of shape and it comes with a title unlike my last one that I got the motor from.

It green limited so it got all the options. The rear bumper alittle skerwed up but I don't need it.
