ive come to the conclusion, that theres NO way a 3" turbo back exhaust is going to fit, i tried all day to get it under there, theres not enough room between the block and the driveshaft. For now, im going to run a stock down pipe until its by the driveshaft, and go 3" from there.

I have three options for when the turbo is on

1)two wheel drive (not really an option)
2) modifying the body, and going on that side of the driveshaft
3) having 3" coming out of the turbo, that will step into 2 pieces of 2" to go by the driveshaft, and back into 1 piece of 3" for the rest of the exhaust

opinions/suggestions welcome!

best bet is to remove the front driveshaft. you dont want to cut into the frame rails! you might be able to cut the body and route it out the driver side fender well straight pipe-like if you dont want to take out the driveshaft.
sounds like a good idea just not thought out. punk.

unfortunatly this idea is over thought out.....

you have to remember that my jeep is lowered about 2", making clearances even tighter, ive been thinking about a low pinion 30....would prolly help

loosin the front shaft makes my estimated 1/4 mile time go from 12.9 to about 13.5.....not an option

Unless you need 4x4 for off road, loose it. you can always make a 2wd hook on the street or track. you just have to build it right.

Think of all the unsprung weight you would loose too, and the drag from the moving parts in the front axle.

na.....AWD will always hook better.....

first run out w/ the stroker 20mph and got on it, i broke both rear 255's loose on dry pavement

this is also my daily driver, so im not going to tub the rear and run 15" wide slicks
