Adjustable track bar time

Before hunting season I had my front end worked on, new tie rod ends, new right hub assembly and an alignment. The shop suggested a new track bar but the price of a standard one was the same as a rough country adjustable.

Being that the RC adjustable track bar seems to be the cheapest priced on the market it has me curious as to the durability.

I use my XJ as a daily driver, with occasional trail riding, most abuse comes during hunting season when I am beating the hell out of her in the rocky hill paths.

I am at around 3" of lift up front, will a Rough Country adjustable work for me?

or would I better off going with a JKS or other brand?

If you are on a budget.. IRO double shear TB/mount is around 200$. IIRC, they are a vendor and offer a discount as well.

Ive seen thicker fence posts than the RC, the rc also comes with tractor heims last i saw...
The jks is a nice trackbar... leagues above the RC, but you may be able to find soemthing cheaper than the jks, yet still better than the rc

after humming and hawing trying to decide who to go with I am going to get the IRO double sheer... at 3" of lift is the relocation bracket necessary or a nice to have?
and what I mean is can you feel a difference with it?

You can't mount the double shear without the bracket, so that's a big necessary! I have the IRO DS too, good choice.

The Rubicon Express 1660 with the brace is still my favorite.

I have the Rough Country track bar with my 3" lift. It's great. Super thick and heavy duty. I don't know why people are talking shit about it. For someone who does mostly daily driving, with just a few off-road ventures, I think it's perfect. Excellent piece for the price.

I'm in the middle of installing my IRO track at now. It came with three washers but the instructions don't say shit about them, are they to fill a gap between the mount and the track bar bushing?
I'm having to guess with the length as well. Their instructions aren't very detailed

Any help?

I didn't use washers when I installed mine. Went and bought all new hardware. I believe the length guidelines were 36" don't quote me on that but give it a shot

Got it in and installed, I eyeballed the length and needed adjustment since I need to take it to les schwab for an alignment and to repair a tire since I picked up a screw on a dump run
