adjustable track bar question

I have a little over 4" of lift on my 88 xj, and I'm looking at my different choices for adjustable track bars. The Teraflex one is the most appealing at this point since it's pretty cheap and I'm a broke college kid. Is this a decent track bar? I wheel a few times a month but it's all mild trails and mud, not too much rock crawling.
Also, will this track bar fit my xj? http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=TMI-001743022&view=32&N=700+

Its listed on summit as only for 97-06 wranglers, but the one on quadratec said it fits 97-06 wranglers and 84-01 cherokees. Heres the one on quadratec: http://www.quadratec.com/products/16191_901.htm.

I'd like to order it from summit since I have a coupon for $30 off and I have a summit credit card.

Thanks

Ya I have 4.5" Lift and I had that Tera flex TB until a few weeks ago. Worked fine just limits flex because of the tierod end style upper joint. Also it only lasted me a little over a year. the upper join went bad! (can't be rebuilt) so I got a BDS that has a heim on the top that can be replaced. I would do it if you need to save some cash just know that it'll have to be replaced at some point

Yeah, I saw that thread, kinda makes me think twice about the teraflex one...Has anyone heard about people having problems with the Teraflex track bar? Also, the RE one is really nice but since you have to buy the bracket with it, it's pretty expensive
Are there any other options? I'm not planning on going above 4.5", and I don't wheel too hard. How is the RE 1600? Would it be ok to meet my needs?

You get what you pay for. Any trackbar that uses a TRE or single sheer rod end at the top is not going to work well for a rig over about 4" of lift. It might be fine on the street, but offroad you are going to overextend the joint.

I ran the RE1600 on 4.5" for a long time, and i was pushing the limits of it.

You get what you pay for, save a little extra and get the RE HD. It will work better, and last longer.

And the RE trackbar brace is great for helping to stiffen up the front framerails.
