ABS accumulater pump

I just had the ABS accumulater pump replaced by the lifetime repair from DC, just where is this located under the hood? It is a 1991 XJ.

I belive it is mounted near the fire wall on the passanger side of the engine bay. Just driver side of the ventilation system blower motor. HTH

I believe that it is the entire abs unit that bolts to the fire wall on the drivers side...I could be talking out my anus though.

The ABS pump and all of it's troublesome parts are an assembly bolted the firewall.

Seeming as the accumulator pump is the booster, if it fails, there is no boost....

Converting to non-ABS is a pain, but can be done....
