Legally? If not maybe just start by spreading the word to everyone you both know and wait till he comes lookin for you for talkin s@#t about him. Once he makes his play the balls in your court. By the way, in my country that's like $500.00. Basically that dude just stole a week of your working life. You got any idea how many hours of wheelin that is?
