A and B pillar unibody crack repair

I think your best option is to start over with another body. My junk is not quite as bad as yours and that's what I am planning. I have been looking for a shell with a good wiring harness and fairly straight body to start from scratch and apply what I have learned while thrashing my current body. The build will include extensive frame plating as well as installing 2X4 cross braces to make a ladder bar style frame as well as a cage and possibly tying the body to the cage. I will do semi boatsides and gnarly rails like what I have now.

blablabla

looking for advice on how to save this one. i know it can be. i have seen it done.

not a billiondy people telling me im silly

I guess my other suggestion would be to chop the top, cage it, and do something creative with it. If this is chassis #3 it sounds like you're about due for a trail rig.

thats kinda what im thinking.

once i get everything plated up and reinforced. i will see if the doors still fit decent. if i cant make that happen. they will turn into half doors and get welded to the jeep.

i'm gonna try to keep a roof for now

Its toast, youre silly. Chop the whole roof off, go convertable style.

Ahahahahha! Who needs metal, tubing, tools, welder(s), grinders. Youve got a high lift and some quality bandaids. I reccomend the band aid sport strips, they seem to be the best. ;)

these are waterproof. i think im good to go for at least another wheeling season

i welded some 16 guage with rosettes all over the cracks.

made some half door, welded them on and wheeled all weekend long

so far so no mo cracks
