98 grand engine in a 96 XJ? possible issues?

Found a 98 Grand motor with 61,000 on it. I want to replace my 200+K 1996engine with this.

I am swapping it to my drivetrain, and I have stickshift. The ZJ motor came from an auto trans rig.

Is this a DIRECT bolt-in swap? Does this have the 0331 head on it?

Other than a coolant sensor, I dont see any differences. Is there any thing else that could complicate this swap?

I would look at the motor mount brackets as well. I know there are some later years where they change...
