97 TJ parts plus a set of 31x 10.50's

Ok kids I’m going with the cash for clunkers program on the TJ but I’m going to strip it down and sell off some things.
It’s a 97 Sahara:
It’s got a set of Cooper STT’s with less then 3k on them 31x10.50 on black Steelie’s with 3.75 BS all 4 for $450
Tan (Spice I think) hardtop $650 these are going for $800-$1000 on ebay
Two piece soft doors about two years old $300
Best-top soft top Also Spice or tan just over a year old like new $375
Door surrounds $100

Yes and Yes

The guards have all hardware minus one bolt I had to cut the head stripped. I haven't looked into the price yet but I'm thinking around $150 if someone can come pick them up.
