What are the rim differences between these years , size and bolt pattern per year and when did they change?

I didn't think anything else varied, except some of the later XJ's got 16" rims vs. 15"?

Bolt pattern was 5 on 4.5" throughout all years production.

Almost all the 15" rims were 15x7", although the super-low-end were 15x6". No pics in my cache of those, though.

16s...I don't have any details about those.

16 inch rims were optional on the late 1990's and 2000's Classics and may have been part of the Limited trim package. TJ, ZJ and some Liberty rims are close enough to be called the same as XJ's

Yes the 2 above replies are correct... All were 5 on 4.5", and 15X7.... Also as stated in another post YJ, XJ and some liberty rims will fit... I currently have 16X8 moabs on mine off a Rubicon...

I have Gambler rims for a Wrangler. I was gonna get Cragar Soft 8's but I kinda liked the look of my tires on the Gamblers (31x10.5" Kumho Venture MT's).
