1989 JEEP CHEROKEE LAREDO XJ
‘89 Jeep Cherokee Laredo XJ. 4 door, automatic 4X4 . Color: blue. This has 4.0 inline 6 cyl.
The speedo stopped working, so estimated mileage is 141,000. The previous owner bought it with 138k and said it was his daily driver for about 10 months, which he says he put on about 3k miles.
This was not my daily driver, only used to off road, so it is not registered or inspected.
What is has:
- white face indiglo guages
-it has 7 inches of lift with the tires:
Hell Creek Suspensions 4 ½ lift kit with full leaf springs, front lower control arms, shocks, transfer case drop kit and track bar drop kit
-Rusty’s Offroad front control arm drop brackets
-Rusty’s support brackets that connect the drop brackets to the transmission cross member for more strength
-custom made steel 2 ½ inch lift blocks that are welded to the rear
-Acos billet aluminum adjustable front coil spring spacers that adjust to 4 inches
-mako products extended stainless steel brake lines front and rear
-new factory steering arm
-new front bearing hub assemblies
-new heater core
-new brake master cylinder and abs pump
-new (all) u-joints for the driveshaft and front axles
-wheels are 15x10 Eagle series 1029 with 33x12.5x15 Bfg trail terrains in front and Bfg all terrains in rear…with about 6/32 tread left
-tranfercase is from an ‘88, so it doesn’t have the full time 4X4, but part time works in the woods no problem
What it needs:
-needs exhaust, broke behind muffler
-headliner hangs (pinned up with pins right now)
-valve cover gasket leaking ( I have a gasket for it, just no time to fix)
-pass side rocker panel rotted (common problem with XJ’s, can purcase them on ebay for about $100)
-carpets and seats could use a shampoo if its gonna be a daily driver
-there is no radio in it
THE TRUCK RUNS STRONG AND IS A GREAT OFF ROADER!
$1600 OBO …. ANY QUESTIONS CALL 215-806-5897 ASK FOR KEN.
