4" Rancho lift with remote air adjust shocks (pump was removed)

Runs and drives fine, Just got it running so I haven't gone far. Vehicle is nonop'd
The interior is the cleanest I've seen on a renix, someone loved it. small dent in drivers door and a larger one at the bottom of the pass rear quarter behind the tire. 2 of the slats in the grill have a 2" or so break.
Engine compartment is immaculate
The bad
Needs a bath
35's have tread but are old, right rear has a hole in the sidewall it sags (see pic)
Previous owner did this, and front door speakers were removed.
I bought this as a parts jeep but the fix turned out too simple and I'd rather not send her to the grave. I still have to fix a couple things the previous owner did trying to find his problem. Supposedly has lockers come buy it before I find out or chop it up.
$1500 Will accept any parts xj but preferably 2 door renix as partial trade
