Not sure if the driveling will be the same, but the 8.25 will bolt up using the same leafsprings.

you will need spring plates, U-bolts, and an 8.25 equipped XJ's rear driveshaft. everything else is bolt in.. shock mounts are the same, and the perches are the same.
