6" lift kits

Rusty, Rusty, Rusty. I'm sad to see that I'm not the only one who has problems with shipping. I've had stuff on order for a year now and haven't recieved all of it. He is the friggin king of UPS excuses. The one he gave me today, "your box got damaged, we'll send a new one out today." Translated this means, "we still haven't shipped your order because we're waiting on something to be built or cut and don't have the balls to tell you that." I can't even count the times UPS or Fedex has "lost" my packages. I bet I've spent a weeks pay on phone calls to the man.

On the other hand, I really like his long arm kit. It fits well, rides and handles nice and flexes great. The shocks he sends suck, but the new 9 position ones are better.

Enough Rusty bashing for one night. Gotta save some for tomorrow.

Well, at least this time, this shouldn't be the case. I've verified with the Post Office that he shipped out my box. My only question, in this case, is why he didn't follow the requested shipping method.

Rgds

Hey AKJeeper, FOr the question you asked, i would hands down say RE 5.5", i had one about 2 years ago, when they were new and they were about 6.5 in the rear, i don't know if that is still the way they sit. I just left the stock coil spacer in front with the new spacer they sent, it worked out great. (Personal note) I use to live in Eagle River, are you still there? I lived out by the baseball fields, we looked out our back porch to watch the games and the 4th of July show, it was great, been trying to get back there for years, i think it is coming now though. PM me about a lift, i have good prices to AK, definetly cheaper than Northern 4X4 Suppliers. Take care, Daniel

no one metioned tomken, i'm currently considering their 4" for my wife's (98) XJ, with 32's under it. i was just one there site and that they have a 6" as well as an 8", have a mag article on their 10" lift too.
