48 willys

i know this is an xj forum but can some one help?
i have a 1948 cj2a that i just recently got unlocked had it running before but now it has real low compessions and cant get it to turn over any suggestions?

No. 1 - click the "Report this post to a moderator" and have them move it to the "Other Tech" forum.

2. - What do you mean by unlock?
3. How do you know it has low compression if you can't turn it over to check the compression?
4. There are a few other places you can get better info on that particular model on the web.

I have the exact same vehicle setting in my garage currently, by the way.

Ok, here is one. Need more info! Is the engine locked up or will it turn by hand? What about the starter is it trying to turn but something want let it? What have you done to it so far? We should have taken that trailer I rented and brought it to my shop that way you would not have so far to go to work on it and I would have a 48 Willys to play with when you were not here! LOL!
