44s & a 3 link

I like that stance, looks sexy as hell

Stock MC and large truck brakes? That'll do it.

Which MC should i try?

I think that brakes should be a little bit better then they actually are, its not like im running dual piston calipers front and rear, single piston fronts, and drums in the rear.

Anything else i could try?

check what bore your MC is, I have a similar setup went from a 15/16ths bore to 1" with dual diaphragm booster and it solved most of my problems. Dodge Durango is 1 1/8th might try that.

Bingo.

I have the same thing.

It will stop though before hitting the floor.

Hit up Mr. Blaine and he'll tell you what MC to consider to correct for that.

i love seeing big clean xjs.

most of them get all fawked up before they make it to that stage, and if they did make it to that stage, they wont last long lookin' [urdy

Nice work!!
Just had mine at Rausch on Sunday and F'd up the rear 4 link pretty bad.
Busted the springs, and shocks.
Time to install my airshocks I guess.
Also, hit my first tree in this one. dented the rain gutter.

Thanks stukboy!

Now i know its been asked about a million times, buuttttt, what are some good shocks for this thing, its a little higher now, and im trying to reduse body roll, and make it handle a little bit better.

Im sure anythings better than my current setup, in the front its got douchebag techs from IRO(pure shit) In the rear its got one old skyjacker hydro, and a worn out shock off of a 99 dakota r/t. hahaha

Stiffer coils (like Skyjackers) with stiff valved suspension (like Bilsteins) can make a huge difference.

I ran/run Rancho 9000s. They are older and finially gave out after 10 years of abuse.
I liked that I could stiffen them up on road and soften them on trails.
Besides, I'm a cheap ass and didn't want to spring for springs!!

x2 I'm currently running a set of ZJ 6" coils up front, made a huge difference over the non name 4.5 XJ coils I had before.

For shocks I run the DT8000s up front they are stiffer than the DT3000s and cheap. I'm looking at getting a set of Bilsteins to match the rear though

Copperhead Fab, finally answered the phone earlier this week, and told me the reason its taking so long is that there was a family emergnecy, i didnt believe it, but i was just happy because thye actually answered the phone. The guy i sploe with guarenteed me the rim stiffeners by yesterday (thursday). Now its friday and nothing came.

Once again they arent answering their emails of phone calls.

Serious bullshit.

The tires contact the LCAs, would it be possible for me to put a slight bend in the control arms? Im thinking about using a harbor freight hydraulic press. Ive got about 2 feet of spare tube i could test it out on.

Now i would definately need to replace the one poly bushing with a flexable joint.

Sound like a good idea, or does anyone have any other ideas?
