4.0 motor out of a 1998. and auto tranny

is anyone interested in a 4.0 motor out of a 1998 xj.the motor has 148,000 easy adult owned miles. runs awesome. comes with intake and exaust manafolds. i also have the auto tranny. its an aw4 i believe.
