3" lift kits

Find some old cherokee springs and take out the main leaf. Add it to your current spring pack...after you cut the bushings off. Order a daystar budget boost for like 75 bucks and add the spacers up front and the shackles to your new leaf pack. The shocks you have will be fine for normal driving with that combo. Cheap, easy, and effective. I ran mine like that when i first got it and it cleared 31's easily and worked well off road. Never sagged either.

Ive always heard the opposite and stay away from RC. Whats wrong with rustys stuff?

I just help put on a RC 3 with aal on a friends jeep. I didnt follow instructions and im not that mechanically inclined but if you understand what goes where you can install the lift. I went from barely doing any wrenching on my TJ to lifting it, putting in a new dana 44, and regearing my front within a matter of weeks. Its fun and very addicting. Just make sure you have some help with you.

I can see that you're new to all of this, just do a search. Rough Country is awesome and they have amazing customer service. and if their products break they are willing to replace or help you out, they really do know their stuff and are greatpeople.
Rusty's is horrible, read about them in the SEARCH.

I was the same way(kinda) until I bought my Jeep and Joined . Trust me the search function is your friend, my XJ has ever seen a shop(since ive owned it) and I had never worked on a vehicle until I bought my XJ. Once you dive in it's not that hard and there are plenty of resources here to help. Any time I have gotten stuck after making a legit attempt I have never been turned down asking for help.

This is very true. I had never worked on any vehicles until my xj(granted my xj is my first vehicle) I've had the xj for about a year now and i just recently completed a engine/tranny swap in my driveway with no problems whatsoever. The reason i had no problems was because if i wasn't sure how to do something i came on here and searched.

Anyways, i was looking at that 3" RC lift and was wondering if it comes with everything i would need. I noticed that the RE 2" lift comes with extended brake lines, so is this necessary for a 3" lift?
