Engine ???, guess.... its a Jeep Cherokee with a Swap Turbo Engine.
Standard 3.0L DOHC, 1-Bar Turbo, 80mm Throttle body with 284HP Dyno on 4-wheel using 31" Tire

This is the engine already installed and ready for the race.

• Toyota 2-JZ Standard Engine (internals), 3.0L DOHC, 1-Bar Turbo Comp (performance), 80mm Throttle body (performance).
  
• Transmission mounting is moved a little back
  
• Using standard AX transmission, as the bellhousing of standard AX is the same with Toyota Supra.
  
• 284HP Dyno on 4-wheel using 31x15" Tire.

1. We use the parts of AX-15 AND R154 from Toyota Supra Turbo
2. and combined them together to make a stronger transmission
3. we DO NOT HAVE the luxury to find nice parts here in Indonesia

We are working to several vendors in US and UK, so that we would be able to have FULL SEQUENTIAL Transmission under 8K, hopefully it will be strong enough to take the abuse...

Speed Entry is quite fast, track is slippery and on the right racing line


However, right on the APEX, the track surface has lots of grip, and during sideways entry, the rear tire catch the surface with lots of grip, and the car stop sliding and roll on its 2-wheel

Driver : Rifat Sungkar

The young Indonesian rally racer, Rifat Sungkar, managed to make Indonesia proud in the international world in the RALLY AMERICA which lasted for two days, from 4th-5th May 2013. He and his navigator, Marshall Clarke, managed to place 3rd in the rally.

In the last day of the Oregon Trail Rally, Rifat worked hard to widen the time gap with his closest rival, David Higgins. And at the SS 15 and SS 16, he managed to add his time gap with David's by 40.6 seconds and that was enough to give him the 3rd place.

Yet, at SS 17, Rifat and Marshall happened to hit a rock and broke the car tyre. But that didn't stop Rifat as he kept on pushing his car to the finish line that was 5 km away. As a result, his time record reached 8 minutes and 0.9 seconds, far under David's which totaled 7 minutes and 32.6 seconds. Yet, because the time difference between the two racers reached 12.3 seconds, Rifat Sungkar still got into the 3rd place.

"This is one proud big thing, not only for me, but also for the entire Indonesian people because today, we can prove that Indonesia can record prestigious achievements, especially in the world of rally in America," said Rifat.

David Higgins and Craig Drew win their third Oregon Trail Rally! It's three in a row for Higgins!
Ken Block and Alex Gelsomino take 2nd place +1:47.8.
Rifat Sungkar a new comer from Indonesia and Marshall Clarke takes third place +8:53.6. This is Sungkar's first American rally and his first podium !!!
