No better time to meet all of us than at a BBQ. I'll be meeting a bunch of these guys for a first time, too.
looks like we're going to make it up fron chatt. dr_jeep85 and the family (dale, christy, and our two boys). you can put us down for 4 hotdogs and 1 hamburger. don't know how many of the kids are small but we could bring juice boxes for the kids. ours are two and four. we can bring anything needed or cash, just let me know. thanks.

If someone wants to try and pull of the shirts they are welcome to organize it. Might be able to sweet talk the wife into designing it. Other then that I'm sure mark would be glad to sell you a OD Green or Grey SEC shirt

I would say next year we do the shirts. This has really turned out quite a crowd.
We should contact the local paper and have them come out and do a story. That would mean that we would need to be on our BEST behavior though.:scottm:

HOLY COW!! Almost 60 people planning to attend!!
If the chance to hang out and meet such a large group of people at one event fit for the whole family wasn't enough there’s more! Johnny tell the lovely folks what we have for them...
(Game show voice) Will do Bob...for every person that brings $2 will be entered into our first Spring Raffle! There will be some shirts and stickers from the SEC and past events that our BOD has been nice enough to donate. (The $2 is for our pavilion rental)
There will also be a table set up for those of you who have wanted to buy some of your very own SEC Swag.
I've plugged in all of the info gathered since my last list post. We have 3 items remaining that we need someone to bring. Thankfully we have more then 3 families not signed up for anything. PM me if you would be kind enough to bring one of those two items below and I'll update the list. After those items are gone and you don't have an item feel free to either pitch in some green to help make up the cost of the shelter or bring some other food, snack or drink.

Just told a new guy here at work about the Meet and Greet. He has a cherokee too.
Hey yall,Ive been watching this and im not sure if i can make it but im gonna try. Be headed out tomm for indiana and will be there for a bit but i think we can be done by friday and if so and yall dont mind, me and my son may come out..Dont worry bout no burgers or nothing for us, we always stop and eat somewhere of his choice anyway. Anything i can do to help out with this? if so pm me and i will help with what i can.

Hello, Everyone! This is Sunshine, Ed's wife. I'm reading down the list of things everyone is willing to bring and help out with. We have such a wonderful crew already, but I'm so happy our crew is growing. WOW this is awesome!

I asked Ed to let you all know that my mom, Nona, is coming with her jeep, so add another burger. We also have a bunch of eggs we are bringing, too! We will certainly need tons of eggs with THAT many children there. We certainly DO NOT want to disappoint them. Let us know if there is anything else we can bring. TTYL!

They are the New Bright RC's that were sold in Wallyworld a while back. They are huge, with aired down Mud Grapplers, and Solid Axles. Looks like a 2 link going on it at either end. I think I can get more Land Rovers, Silver Wranglers, and Yellow FJ Cruisers for about $40. I think they were 60 in the stores. Let me know and I can bring them up. I'm bringing my new Land Rover to play....
