I have the huge fsm book, and maybe even a copy of it on cd-r as well, have to check on that. Not sure what it is worth, $40? In Ventura, 93001. Can ship it if needed, it is pretty thick though.

That might work, let me check on shipping tomorrow when I get to the shop, thing is like 5" thick and I found a copy of it on cd-r so I can include that as well.
