1st Quarterly meeting - when do ya wanna meet?

Man, sorry guys! So much goin' on with all of us Chapter officers, we've neglected to discuss a meeting date....

So, since this month is shot and people usually want a couple of weeks notice at the least, I'm gonna suggest that we hold the meeting either on Sat. March 19th, or Sat. March 26th.

Lots of things that we'll need to discuss:

We still need to get rolling on Tom's idea about a swap meet at Bandemere and maybe get a committee together to get that organized.

We'll need to get more discussion on Colorado Fest, maybe organize a trail list and where we wanna run (Silverton, Ouray, Telluride, Montrose, Buena Vista, etc....) and a "headquarters" camping location.

We'll also need to discuss holding an event at Avalanche Ranch.

Then work in some ideas about a chapter sticker.

Bring your ideas guys! Hope we have a good turnout! I believe this meeting is due to be held in the Denver metro area. Medved (I-70 and Ward) was interested in letting us meet there, I could call the guy again and get it scheduled if this sounds good.

Any other meeting location ideas?

Hey Joey, do ya think we could use that RTI trailer again? I'd love to get my rig on it sometime and I'm sure there's gonna be a few others at this meeting that would like to flex on it as well.

I voted for the 26th,but either day is good for me(hopefully I'll have the rig done by then).Although it would be great to have the meeting in COS I agree we should probably have it up north somewhere.Much to discuss,indeed.

i was actually just about to post something to CO XJ and here about a possible meet & greet on the 19th... kind of a pre-EJS gathering. maybe we could kill two birds w/ one stone (and perhaps recruit some more folks)?

i'd say the 19th for sure, only because the 26th is the day before easter and several people will be in moab (or on their way back) from EJS.
