1998 Grand Cherokee inline 6 radiator question.
Regarding the transmission cooler lines.
I bought a new radiator and the trans cooler lines don't match up.
The new radiator has a larger male threaded flare fitting at the top. Too big for my trans line.
The bottom fitting on the radiator has a 3/8 hose barb.

My vehicle seems to have had the trans lines re-fitted once or twice.

What were the factory fittings for 1998 Grand Cherokee?

It depends on if you have a stock or after market replacement radiator? After market radiators mostly use adaptors from the radiator to fit the stock lines. If you have a 3/8" hose barb on the lower/retun line. Chances are your radiator has been replaced with an after market radiator. Check the box the radiator came in, the adaptors are usually taped to the foam somewhere.
