1997 TJ lifted and geared---TRADE for ZJ or XJ

Im looking to sell my Wrangler or trade it for a ZJ or another XJ.It is a 1997 Wrangler and it has a 6 inch Skyjacker lift with adjustable control arms front and rear.Has new 35x12.50 Red Letter General Grabbers on it with 15x8 wheels.Has a steering box skid and disconnects on the front.The motor is a 2.5,5 speed trans,and 231 tcase.Has 160,000 miles and runs great.Has 4.88 gears front and rear but rear wasnt setup right by previous owner so it needs a new rear ring and pinion.Located in Staunton,VA.Also forgot that it has a newer Smittybilt soft top and full hard doors.Price is $3,800 or trade

It actually has very good power for a four cylinder since it has 4.88s

How bad is the rear end? Lockers? Stock LP30 up front?

It needs a new ring and pinion.Ring gear is missing 4 teeth.stock lp30 front and no lockers.I have an 8.8 that I can let go with it for the right trade.

Is it drivable? I have a 94 ZJ, 4.0/AX15/231, 170k, 4.5" RE coils, RE shortarms, HP30/8.8 etc etc. We're awfully far apart though...
