The A/C on my Mazda3 is total weak sauce. The whole system is in good condition; coolant, compressor, etc.
I've found that recently, the blower doesn't blow air as hard as I think it should. This was verified when I took a hard left turn through an intersection and the blower picked up and started blowing harder.
Not sure if there is a standard test for testing the system, including the blower motor.
