02 WJ colling fan relay

i have a 02 WJ 4.0, the cooling fan relay is bad (pretty sure) the fan turns on with the defrost but not when the motor is hot.

i looked at alldata and it says to take the front bumper, and grill and pull out a reservoir. my question, is there a faster way then pulling all that crap of? i know sometimes techs who do it all the time have some special tricks

take out right headlight, carefully use cut off wheel, replace relay, quite common these. check Jeepsunlimited and NAGCA one of them had pics of where to cut.

The relay was the cure

if anyone else has this problem pull out the rt headlamp and cut an access hole (i shoulda took a pic) about 3" from the fender area


now i noticed a leak in the radiator while i was working on it :thumbsdown:
