02 grand cherokee overflow diff fluid leaking

hello everyone!
i have an 02 grand cherokee and the canister abover the left rear wheel where the overflow of diff fluid is it leaks a bit every now and then. this has happened before any suggestions???

chrysler tsb 03-002-03 addresses that by putting an accumulator in-line by the jiggle cap on the overflow line. is the jeep still in warranty?
