Low pinion D30, 2 yr old 3.55 gears with master install, full case Detroit locker, 2 mo old TRW ball joints. Shafts, steering knuckles, unit bearings, and brakes not included
$500 - ready to bolt in with your shafts, knuckles, hubs, and brakes, no need to pay for install. I have over $1300 invested in the locker, gears and master install, labor, and ball joints.
D44 from an 87 XJ, original 3.54 gears and open carrier, 1 year old Federal Mogul differential bearing rebuild kit, and can include the Ford Explorer disc brakes.
$250 - easily what I have in the axle and bearings, $300 with disc brakes.
Edit: Just to clarify, the D44 has only one shaft, the passenger side, I've been holding on to it as a trail spare. My Superior shafts ARE NOT included.
Some pics when i was building the 44:

Without brakes it will come like so(but not so new looking)
With brakes it will come with all this:
Plus pads, rotors, and all the brake lines(bought new when I built it)
