'01 4dr Cherokee w/ 4.5" Lift - Feeler

I'm kicking around the idea of selling the Jeep. Unfortunately it isn't really fitting in to things going on in my life right now so I figure I'll see if there's any interest in it.
Located in SE, Wisconsin

Suspension:
-4.5" Rubicon Express Springs and Leafs
-Clayton's Long Arm Kit
-32" Wrangler MT/R's
-JKS Sway Bar Disconnects

Drivetrain:
-Stock LP D30 front 4.56 gears w/ lunchbox locker (It may have to be adjusted because it ratchets more than it should, could be because of the steering. However, it still works just fine)
-Stock Chrysler Rear w/ 4.56 gears
-Tom Woods rear drive shaft
-around 87,000 (I know it's less than 90K) miles, runs great but it does get heat soaked on a occasion (hot slow trails). I think that could be because of the Banks exhaust headers. I have some heat wrap for them but haven't gotten it on yet.
-Amsoil bypass filter
-Steering is a little rough because the tie rod was bounced of a rock or four
-Rubicon Express HD Track Bar and Drop Bracket

Armor:
-Detours Rock Sliders/Frame Stiffeners
-Stock steel gas tank skid
-JCR Front Winch bumper w/ Warn Winch
-Rear homemade bumper w/ 2" hitch receiver

Other Stuff/Some Issues:
-3 dents on the drivers side from a tree incident on Rev's Oh-10 run
-Numerous 'pinstripes' from Rev's runs
-TJ fender flares with working blinker lights
-Electric fan w/ switch replaced stock mechanical fan
-Hood Vents
-If interested I also have a front F-250 Dana 44 housing
-As stated earlier, rough steering and occasional heat soak
-Exhaust and cat are smashed some from a rock as well
