I've been back and forth on this but I really gotta have something more practical and economical to drive to work so it's time to let it go.
2001 Cherokee Limited
4.0L
Automatic
NP242
A/C
PW, PDL, PM
Pioneer CD player
factory skids (front, t-case, gas tank)
homemade 2x6x 3/16” rocksliders
2”...
Farmhand (made by Campbell Hausfield) 125 Mig/Flux welder with cart and regulator (no bottle). $200
Good welder for the money. I've used it to weld a lot of sheetmetal on my Mustang and also built my rocksliders with it. I've only used flux core but have the hoses and regulator for MIG.
Full set of factory flares off a 2001 XJ Limited- patriot blue- one very small tear on bottom of left rear bumper cap and some tire rub on the left front but otherwise fine. $35 for flares, brackets and bumper caps.
I drive mine about 70 miles round trip to work and to drop off/pick up my son from daycare 2-5 times a week. It averages 16.5mpg in town and interstate combined.
I have a 2001 XJ limited with a 2" budget boost, 31" Auroras, 3.55s with a factory limited slip rear, 4.0L, auto, 92k miles.
Only thing that's changed is that I've removed the flares and trimmed 1/2" off the fender lips.
