It is only one tooth and only about 1/32 to 1/16 of the tip of that tooth, it is literally barely touching it. I don't think it is enough to mess with pulling the shafts for if I don't have too. I am suprised it is even hitting after all the write-ups I read on it not being an issue on a 3.55...

sweet, thanks man! I was so freaking pissed yesterday, every write-up on a 4.88 and lower had to remove the carrier, but with a 3.55 I was sure it was going to slide right passed it.. no such luck.

I have full fluid, just none in the calipers since the bleeder won't open up. Going to just vise on it and if it gets messed up put some new bleeder valves in or buy new calipers..

Can I grind that one gear a little without messing up the way it matches up to the pinion too bad? I was hoping it was that easy, but didn't know if I could mess with one tooth a little..

Finished the last fender yesterday, looks great all done finally.. rear SOLID diff cover wiht black silicon gasket and new 85/140 then onto the front diff for the new SOLID cover, fluid and the Spartan Locker.. Ran into an issue on that, the cross pin would not come out past the ring...
