I just did this on my 98 w/ a 242 last weekend and its working perfectly so far!

I paid $500 less for a 98 Limited fully optioned (mmmmmmm leather) with 140k and I was even hesitant on that. I'd keep looking.

Meh, for some reason I was thinking it had a locker in it. I guess it's a good thing I'm not in the market for axles or it looks like I'd be way overpaying.

I'd call AJ and ask him what the difference is when he makes sliders that are LA compatible. I just had to do the same thing with JCR.

The tranny cooler does not have any lines going to the radiator and you should not have to touch any lines that are going to the radiator. Tranny cooler should have 2 separate lines that are 3/8" i.d. and run only tranny fluid to a small heat exchanger IN FRONT of the radiator.

Jon you should be asking WAAYYYYY more for that 9". I would think a $1000 at least. Very minimum $800 like someone said but I think it's worth more than that. Don't cheap yourself out man after going through all this hassle for this Jeep.
