    This corrected the issue. The centering ball was bad, so I went to Oreilly's and got a Precision Flange, part number 627. After we broke the first one (oops), we exchanged it, installed the new one, and no more click! If you want to spend more, you can get the Spicer part, which is part number...

    You're really going to be pushing it with both the LCA's and the trackbar. I'd recommend some adj. LCA's and an adj trackbar, otherwise, you are going to have a helluva time aligning it properly, and will probably be more prone to death wobble. Just my .02.

    I think you guys might be right about the brakes. Going to check that first, then I'll check the U-joints if necessary. Thanks again for the advice!

    It does not happen when I hit the brake pedal, does that rule out the brakes, or can they make noise when not engaged? It's an 01 with less than 60k miles on it, I would hope it's not a u-joint already. Only have 3.5" of lift as well.

    Seems to happen between 15 and 35 mph. Doesn't seem to happen at speeds higher than that as much, but maybe I just can't hear it over the wind noise at that point.
