    Need some 4 link info.

I will be doing it all. I live in an area, NorCal where there are lots of rocks, but travel to the PNW and get in the mud and sand too. So I am looking for all around performance.

Thanks for the link. But I still don't know about this antisquat business. I wold like to know how important it is to pay attention to it and how much I should go for. Thanks.

    Need some 4 link info.

Right now I am upgrading my front suspension to a heavy duty 3 link and custom track bar with bushings and spherical joint from Parts Mike. And before anyone asks, yes I can fabricate and some think I am at least semi smart. I am also in the process of stiffening the unibody frame. So with...

Wiring Taurus fan on an '00 XJ

In order for the AC to work correctly, you are going to want to tap into the wire that controls the aux fan. I don't have that wiring in mine so I am not sure on the relay. But if you use the fan wire off the fan relay, they you would have a better set up I think. That way the high speed...

Wiring Taurus fan on an '00 XJ

Yes, you could do it that way if you are not running AC

    Snorkels?

What did you use for a joint there?

Will these coil springs mount with a dana 44?

You can make them work. Since you are going to have to do some welding anyway, cut a new plate with the 2.75" hold and weld to the sides of it and then to the axel tube. A little extra work, but it will be fine.

Wiring Taurus fan on an '00 XJ

No, you need it as is if I get what you are trying to do. All you are doing is substituting the sensor for a manual high speed switch and bypassing your manual cutoff switch in this diagram.

    bastard pack question

You can use the leaves, but IIRC the front of the ranger spring is much shorter than the XJ spring. You could use some of the leaves, but the S10 or Isuzu leaves will work better.

    The moving park...

Chris. Try putting it in park and jacking up one wheel and see how much play is in the wheel. When and if it moves, see if the driveshaft is moving too. It should not move much at all. That will give you some idea where to look further.

    Built some hood vents

They blow air in across the cooling coils for the tranny and engine oil. The 4.3 apparently requires an oil cooler in stock form. The air goes down the back and side of the engine and across the headers.

    Built some hood vents

Yes, there is a lot of stuff. My goal is to make it a good DD and very capable wheeler in all situations. So, it has functional AC, on board air etc. I want to be able to drive it in relative comfort several hundred miles with the wife and wheel when we get there and drive back. That has...

    Fender flares or mudd Flaps??

Personally, I like to keep the tires covered as much as possible. Makes for a much cleaner and fun time in the mud

    Built some hood vents

These are Derale fans. Rated at 2200 cfm each, and yes I built the shroud. They work well on a sensor that turns them on at 200°

1/2 ton ford dana 44 front

I don't think you can do that. The hub is too big for the center of the 5X4.5. It would be better to upgrade y our rear axle to an alloy axle with dual patterns and go with the bigger pattern. It is better for the wheel anyway.
